A: We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm, however emails and inboxes are monitored throughout the weekend and will be actioned as quickly as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All our products go through manual quality control, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your product or there is a fault that has been missed, we will refund upon receipt. Return costs not covered by Mind Ya Gratitude. 

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Delivery starts at £2.50 within the U.K. Free delivery within the U.K. over a minimum spend of £50. Please contact us directly for overseas shipping on info@mindyagratitude.com or through our social media direct message options.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Parcels will be shipped within 24-48 hours and depending on choice of 1st or 2nd class, delivery will take 1-4 days.
